Tony Ybarra is a multi-faceted supply chain healthcare executive with exemplary skills as a Senior Level Manager.

As a Healthcare Supply Chain Consultant, Tony brings over 45 years of supply chain experience in the healthcare industry.  He is providing consulting services to clients in the areas of materials management and supply chain. Ybarra Supply Chain Solutions also provides expertise in oversight and guidance of supply chain initiatives that provide crucial support to hospitals and group purchasing organization (GPO) access.

Ybarra has also been a key driver in the successful development of tailor-made solutions for community hospitals. He has been responsible for the ongoing implementation of supply chain initiatives, including contracting, standardization, and facility materials management operations.

Experience and expertise includes corporate materials management that serviced surgical hospitals and surgery centers nationwide. He also has extensive materials management and operational leadership experience working with multi-hospital health systems, large physician groups and individual physician practices.

Throughout his career, Tony Ybarra has demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to plan, organize, and manage.  As CEO of Ybarra Supply Chain Solutions, his skills in budgeting, project management and team building are combined with a high energy level for dependable, conscientious work in all consulting projects.

Ybarra is an active member of the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) and The Council of Supply Chain Executives and is a Certified Materials & Resource Professional. He has spoken nationally and written numerous articles in support of mission-critical supply chain objectives necessary to overcome spiraling supply costs.
